- Rimboccarsi le maniche e usare strumenti manuali come rastrelli, pale, ecc.;
- Acquistare una macchina finalizzata per questo tipo di intervento.

La Greenetiks in collaborazione con F.B.C. MANIAGO ITALY. Greenetiks nasce a Udine nel 2016, si occupa di risparmio energetico per strutture pressostatiche attraverso il sistema PRESS, di manutenzioni per campi da tennis ed impianti sportivi. Per semplificare le manutenzioni dei campi in terra battuta ha realizzato l’ARCUT 2.0, macchina che frantuma la terra rossa, e il DART 2.0, che è un rullo elettrico.
3. Certificazioni di sicurezza e garanzia dell’ARCUT 2.0
Le certificazioni rispondono ai requisiti europei. La garanzia è di due anni per i privati. Di un anno per le associazioni sportive.

Larghezza 71 cm. Lunghezza 131 cm con stegole aperte e 108 cm con stegole chiuse. Altezza 108,5 cm con stegole aperte e 70 cm con stegole chiuse. Il peso è di 115 kg.

10. Sistema di avanzamento dell’ARCUT 2.0
Durante l’utilizzo, sono le lame che incidono il terreno a far avanzare l’ARCUT 2.0. A seconda dello stato della superficie che si va a lavorare la macchina varia la sua progressione. Più la superficie è dura, più il mezzo tende ad accelerare. L’operatore deve quindi sempre assecondare il mezzo.
11. Consigli di utilizzo dell’ARCUT 2.0
Si consiglia di usarla al massimo dei giri motore, provando l’altezza di taglio ideale, prima su una parte esterna del campo, per poi passare alla lavorazione della superficie di gioco.

Per ottenere i migliori risultati, si consiglia di utilizzare l’ARCUT 2.0 sempre alla velocità massima che è di 2.000 RPM.

14. Regolazione dell’altezza di taglio dell’ARCUT 2.0
L’ARCUT ha un pomello per regolare la profondità di incisione del campo. Si consiglia di partire da incisione nulla, le lame girano a vuoto, per poi fermarsi a non più di 1,5 cm. L’altezza massima di taglio delle lame è di 3 cm.
15. Le lame dell’ARCUT 2.0
40 lame in Hardox 450, rinforzate nella parte terminale con una placchetta al Widia. In caso di rottura/usura, sono sostituibili anche singolarmente ed è possibile farlo senza l’intervento di personale specializzato.
16. Le lame dell’ARCUT 2.0 per superfici in erba sintetica
L’ARCUT 2.0 può montare un albero con lame specifiche per le lavorazioni su campi in erba sintetica.
17. Pulizia dell’ARCUT 2.0
Il motore dell’ARCUT 2.0 dopo l’utilizzo va pulito con un compressore ad aria ed una spazzola. Vanno tolte le eventuali incrostazioni di terra rossa da sotto il telaio. Le lame sono autopulenti.

È un carter chiuso sui lati. Ha la funzione di proteggere l’operatore dalla lavorazione delle lame. Raccoglie la terra rossa lavorata, spianandola.

10. The ARCUT 2.0 advancement System
