🇮🇹 Passeggiando lungo l’argine del fiume Po è frequente “avvistare” camini di fornaci ormai abbandonate a loro stesse, testimoni di un tempo che fu, inconsapevoli artefici della creazione di molta della terra rossa presente nei nostri campi. Vi ribadisco che quella polverina che tanto ci fa impazzire la si produce con i mattoni tritati. Se i mattoni sono di qualità (per qualità intendo quella della materia prima utilizzata per farli), va da se che anche la #terra rossa sarà #migliore.
