The winch used to stretch the net is the best example of our shortsightedness about accessory parts inside our tennis courts. If it is made of brass, there is a reason: it has to have a long life!!! For that we need only a little: let’s check it in spring and at the beginning of the indoor season. Let’s grease the gearwheels and substitute the fasteners if they are ruined or rusty (in the next posts we are going to deal with this specifically). 🇮🇹…e quando meno te lo aspetti, provi ad alzare la rete e non si muove nulla!!! Spesso diamo poca importanza a cose che in realtà ne meriterebbero molta di più. L’arganello tendirete è l’esempio principe della nostra miopia nei confronti di parti accessorie presenti all’interno dei nostri campi da tennis. Se fatto in ottone un motivo ci sarà: deve durare nel tempo!!! Per farlo basta poco: diamoci una controllata in primavera e all’inizio della stagione indoor. Ingrassiamo gli ingranaggi e sostituiamo i fermi se usurati o arrugginiti (nei futuri post tratteremo in modo specifico l’argomento). P.S.
